Newly renovated home in Mount Vernon up for grabs

City of Mount Vernon taking applications for newly renovated home estimated at $336,000.

The City of Mount Vernon announced Monday it is taking applications on a renovated home.
The home, developed by the city and Allied Community Enterprises, is priced at $336,000
The two-family house is located on Monroe Street.
The buyer will be selected by lottery and applications are due by next week.
