Newburgh man charged with 13 felonies including multiple counts of attempted murder

A Newburgh man has been charged with 13 felonies including multiple counts of attempted murder.
Court records state that Jesus Bravo took part in violent acts, including assaulting a victim with a knife, threatening another with a gun, and shooting at people.
The Orange County District Attorney's Office says Bravo's indictments are the result of a long-term investigation into gang-related violence in and around Newburgh.
He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $300,000 cash bail.
He's next scheduled for a conference on Thursday.
The Orange County District Attorney’s Office confirms to News 12 that Bravo is the son of Leticia Bravo, the Newburgh woman convicted in the starvation death of 7-year-old Peter Cuacuas.
