New York City has entered phase four of its reopening today.
New Yorkers will be able to enjoy gardens, zoos, and other low risk outdoor activities.
The Bronx Zoo and Central Park Zoo will reopen to members only today before opening to the public Friday.
Unlike other regions in this phase, the city's indoor malls and museums will not be opening just yet.
Indoor dining is also still on hold. Mayor Bill de Blasio says these activities will start up again when they're deemed safe.
