A New Winsor man accused of cutting down flagpoles is back in New York after being apprehended in California for failing to make his court appearances.
Andre Narbonne is accused of cutting down one flagpole at a 9/11 memorial in Washingtonville and two others in New Windsor last July.
Narbonne failed to make two court appearances in August and September.
He's charged with two counts of criminal mischief
