New technology helps Red Hook police catch woman illegally passing Red Hook school bus
Police say that upon review of the new camera and license plate readers installed on the buses, police were able to identify the vehicle and a subsequent investigation resulted in identifying the driver.

2h agoA 42-year-old Germantown woman was cited for illegally passing a school bus in Red Hook last Friday.
Police say that upon review of the new camera and license plate readers installed on the buses, police were able to identify the vehicle and a subsequent investigation resulted in identifying the driver.
The woman was issued tickets for failing to stop for a school bus with lights and stop sign activated and improper use of lane, both infractions.
