A highly anticipated retail center is opening up in the borough, just in time to help you get a jump start on your holiday shopping.
The Broadway Plaza Retail Development celebrated its grand opening today, touting popular stores such as T.J. Maxx, Sports Authority and Party City.
The 133,000-square foot shopping destination is three floors high and cost $54 million to build. It also created roughly 200 full and part-time jobs for people in the Riverdale and Kingsbridge areas of the borough.
You'll find the Broadway Plaza off Exit 10 on the Major Deegan Expressway.
