New Rochelle tutor accused of raping Bronx teen

A 38-year-old New Rochelle music teacher allegedly raped a 16-year-old female student from the Bronx, according to police. Siepo Sampson is facing rape charges in both Westchester and New York City.

A 38-year-old New Rochelle music teacher allegedly raped a 16-year-old female student from the Bronx, according to police.
Siepo Sampson is facing rape charges in both Westchester and New York City.
Police say they arrested him on Dec. 31 at his Barnard Road home, where he allegedly raped the girl on Oct. 28 and again on Dec. 15. They also accuse him of having sexual encounters between October and December with the girl inside Thessalonia Baptist Church off 163rd Avenue in the Bronx.
Sampson is the music director at Thessalonia. He knew the girl from the grammar school there, where he tutored her in music after school, according to the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
Sampson is facing charges of rape and child endangerment.
