New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson delivered his State of the City address Thursday night at Beckwith Pointe.
In a confident address, the mayor addressed a packed house of public officials, developers and residents with his mission to make the city even stronger.
Bramson, a Democrat, reminded people of his top priority, a downtown plan bringing 11 million square feet of new construction comprising retail, office and residential spaces.
The mayor urges the city to make the most of his goals by joining together through a marketing campaign based on the city's new brand, "Ideally Yours."
Republican City Councilman Albert Tarantino supports the city's redevelopment -- a plan he says is a bipartisan push to make the city better.
