Children who might have been too tuckered out to ring in 2020, didn’t have to miss out on the New Year's Eve festivities.
New Roc City held its 10th Annual Ring in the New Year at Noon Tuesday.
Over 3,000 balloons dropped as the kids counted down to 12 p.m. instead of 12 a.m.
Children from age two to 10 joined in on the fun. There were free goody bags, snacks, music, clowns, magic, and plenty of arts and crafts for the little ones.
Various local businesses partnered to put it together and proceeds will go to the New Rochelle Public Library.
