The dominatrix at the center of the sex scandal surrounding the Greenburgh police department will have to wait to get her day in court.
Gina Annanoel Pane claims she was sexually harassed by cops after her arrest in January on a marijuana charge and says she had a kinky sexual encounter with Office Erik Ward. Ward has been suspended without pay and charged with professional misconduct. Pane?s attorney was hoping to question the officers in court about the drug arrest.
However, a probable cause hearing for Pane was delayed after the district attorney informed counsel that new evidence, including audio tapes of the officers, had just been made available. The new material comes on top of other evidence that must be turned over by law to defense counsel. Pane is due back in court on August 25. After the marijuana charge is cleared up, Pane is bringing civil charges against the police officers involved and the entire Greenburgh Police Department.
