A house fire in Rockland County sent the homeowners and one firefighter to the
hospital overnight.
The New City fire chief says they were called to the scene on Congers Road
around 12:30 a.m.
The fire badly damaged the
home's entire first floor.
The homeowners were sent to the hospital for evaluation.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury.
News 12 is told the fire was under control in about 45 minutes.
The cause is under investigation.
