Neighbors allege previous run-ins with pit bull who bit child
<p>Neighbors say they had previous run-ins with a pit bull who attacked a 3-year-old child last week in Spring Valley. Police say a boy was rushed to the hospital after a neighbor's dog grabbed him by the neck and dragged him around the driveway. The injured child required stitches.
