Police are investigating the apparent accidental death of a Sleepy Hollow man whose neighbor found him Sunday.

Carlos Cobos says he was walking home from the store when he saw the body of 31-year-old Ruven Merehan slumped over a short brick wall next to Merehan?s home at 159 Beekman Avenue. Cobos says the victim?s face was purple. Police are investigating the death and blood found on the sidewalk next to the body, but believe Merehan fell from his porch. Investigators say a cab dropped Merehan off at his home Saturday night.
