Police say multiple people were taken into custody Wednesday night following the Knicks victory in game four of the NBA finals.
Video shared with News 12 shows the celebration from fans outside Madison Square Garden quickly turn into destruction. People could be seen smashing a taxi window, while another swings a belt whipping the top of the car's hood.
In another clip, fans climbed onto trucks and light poles. The violence continued as others threw Citi bikes on top of mailboxes.
Police were forced to bring out horses to move the crowds and clear the streets.
The incident follows another chaotic night after the Knicks loss in game three on Monday. In that incident, investigators say 21 people were taken into custody and five officers were hurt.
The series continues Saturday, with a game played in San Antonio. The Knicks are up 3-1 and could potentially win the whole thing.
At this time, it's unclear if there were any reported injuries from Wednesday's chaotic incident.
