celebrate the holidays in their new home, thanks in part to News 12.
Earlier this month, the Rider
family from Mount Hope reached out to News 12 while living in a travel
trailer for weeks without electricity in their newly built home.
News 12 reached
out to Orange & Rockland to help get their power turned on.
The family was able to move into their home on Christmas Eve.
A representative
for O&R says after learning about the situation, crews stayed on site with
the contractor to make sure there were no further delays for the home to pass
inspection.
