A Mount Vernon man was arrested and charged for riding around the city with a stolen motorcycle Wednesday.

A Mount Vernon man was arrested and charged for riding around the city with a stolen motorcycle Wednesday.
Yonaiker J. Mijaves, 21, was pulled over for illegally running red lights along Fifth Avenue.
Mijaves was also driving without a helmet, according to officers.
When state police looked up the 2023 Zhejiang Jiajue motorcycle, they discovered it was stolen from New York City.
Mijaves is due back in Mount Vernon City Court on Jan. 24.
