Mount Vernon man arrested for DWI in NY State Thruway accident

Police have arrested a Mount Vernon man for DWI after an accident on the New York State Thruway Monday. Police say Dion Smith, 27, was driving drunk when he crashed his SUV at around 5:30 a.m. near exit
