Firefighters responded to a blaze on Archer Street Thursday night.
At least three people were displaced when the fire scorched their home, according to the Red Cross.
Fire officials say all three occupants escaped safely.
Officials say they believe the fire started on the second or third floor. The cause is still under investigation.
