News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Julian Seawright says to expect cloudy skies and rain after 4 p.m. on Sunday.
OVERNIGHT: Clouds build by morning. Cold with lows in the upper 20s and low 30s. Light southwest wind.
SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy, then a chance for rain after 4PM. Highs get close to 50 by early evening.
SUN NIGHT: Mild with rain expected. Breezy with winds from the SE at 15 mph. Lows in the mid 40s. 
MONDAY: Dry for the morning commute with plenty of sunshine throughout the day and breezy. Highs near 50. Lows near 30
TUESDAY: A few clouds & very cold with a stiff afternoon breeze. Highs in the upper 30s, feels like 30. Overnight lows in the 20s.
WEDNESDAY: Cold start, then more clouds in the afternoon. Highs near 40. Overnight lows in the 20s
