News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Addison Green says the Hudson Valley will see a mostly sunny skies on Friday with mild temperatures.

WHAT'S NOW: It will be cold and quiet across the region with temperatures trending about 5 to 10 degrees below average under fair skies.

WHAT'S NEW: Milder temperatures are on the way for Friday and into the weekend. The Pick of the week is Saturday with mostly sunny skies and a high of 60.

WHAT'S NEXT: For the first time in two months, we have a dry weekend ahead. Showers chances are very low to none on Sunday but after Monday, there will be scattered rain shower chances for mid-week next week.

OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear to clear skies, a light breeze and cold temps. Lows in the upper-20s to mid-30s.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy, trending milder during the day. Highs in the mid-50s. Lows in the upper-30s to low-40s.
