Morris County officer faces sexual assault charges
<p>A Rockaway Township police officer is facing charges for alleged interactions with two teenage girls. The prosecutor's office says Wilfredo Guzman is accused of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators say he engaged in sexual acts with one girl between the ages of 16 and 17, and another who was 15. They say these incidents occurred multiple times during 2014 and 2015. Guzman is also accused of giving both girls alcohol and prescription pills. </p>
