More schools switch the remote learning after positive tests

Numerous schools across the region are being affected following positive tests for COVID-19.

Numerous schools across the region are being affected following positive tests for COVID-19.
Blind Brook High School is holding classes virtually this morning following a positive test from a student. News 12 is told school officials will have an update on the situation moving forward.
Maria Regina High School is also going remote today after a student tested positive for the coronavirus. Contact tracing is underway and anyone who came in contact with the student will be notified today.
Byram Hills High School will be remote until the end of the week after four people tested positive for coronavirus. School officials say it is linked to a social event outside of school last weekend. All athletics and extracurricular activities have been cancelled until further notice.
Montessori School 31 in Yonkers will be closed to nonessential staff through Tuesday following a positive test. School officials say all student will continue learning using the 100% online model.
