Starting this January, Montefiore Nyack Hospital will introduces free diabetes prevention programs for Hudson Valley residents, aiming to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Through this initiative, participants collaborate with trained health coaches, gaining insights into healthier eating habits, increased physical activity, stress management techniques, problem-solving skills, and community support.
