A 71-year-old man from Monroe is facing a public lewdness charge after an incident at the Sloatsburg Service Area last Friday.
State police say Jerry Hollender was wearing a ski mask and sunglasses when he exposed himself to others in the men's bathroom.
Troopers followed Hollender to his home and arrested him.
He was released on an appearance ticket.
