The 15-year-old boy reported missing Monday morning in Ossining has been found after a massive search.
Helicopters, K-9 units and multiple police agencies spent the day combing the area near Gregory McCarthy's home, along Pines Bridge and Ryder Road.
He was spotted in the woods near his home by a Westchester County police officer.
His father told News 12 that Gregory, who suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome, ran away from home.
The 15-year-old was reunited with his parents after being checked out at a hospital.
