A Middletown man who pleaded guilty to weapons charges was sentenced to 4 ½ years in prison.
Walkill police say 33-year-old Kevin Brown pointed a loaded gun at a utility worker during a fight.
Two rounds were discharged as the worker wrestled the gun away from Brown.
