A Middletown man is facing felony DWI charges for a crash into a state trooper's car on the Palisades Parkway.

A Middletown man is facing felony DWI charges for a crash into a state trooper's car on the Palisades Parkway.
It happened Sunday morning. Troopers say they pulled over a drunk driver in Stony Point.
While troopers were waiting for that driver's vehicle to be towed, they were struck by a passing car.Both suffered only minor injuries.
They later determined that driver, Donald Bolling, was also impaired and traveling with a 3-year-old in the car.
He's charged with aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
