Metro-North trains are running mostly on or close to schedule this morning, following overnight service delays caused by storm-related flooding.
The flooding affected the area between Mount Vernon West and Fordham in the Bronx, causing disruptions to train service. Although service has resumed, our team will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on any changes to train schedules throughout the morning.
Air travel in the New York area is operating largely on schedule following Tuesday's storm-related disruptions.
Stewart International Airport and Westchester County Airport are both reporting few delays, with flights departing and arriving on time.
New York City's major airports, which experienced ground stops in the afternoon, are also seeing minor delays. At JFK Airport, delays are limited to 15 minutes or less, while LaGuardia Airport is reporting only minor delays.
Travelers are still advised to check with their airlines and airports for the latest updates on flight schedules and any potential disruptions.
