Two men from New York City have been arrested for allegedly planting skimming devices at Rockland banks.
Roberto Lombardi, 35, of Queens, and Daniele Cassano, 31, of Manhattan, were arrested on Saturday outside a Sterling National Bank on Liberty Drive in Stony Point.
Police said the men may also be responsible for a skimmer found at a Sterling National Bank in Nyack in December.
The two have been charged with criminal mischief, grand larceny, identity theft, possession of forgery devices and burglar tools.
They are being held at the Rockland County jail in lieu of $500,000 bail while police investigate to verify their identities.
