The NYPD and Commissioner Bill Bratton have been sued by two men allegedly shot by an off-duty officer.

Robert Borelli and Joseph Felice were returning to Pelham from playing in a hockey game in April when they were both fired at while sitting in a parked car. The gunman was allegedly off-duty NYPD Officer Brendon Cronin. The 27-year-old from Yonkers was allegedly driving drunk and had used his service weapon.

Felice, who was shot in the lung, arm and hand, is still recovering from his injuries. Both men are asking for $90 million in the lawsuit.

Cronin has since been charged with felony assault. The NYPD would not comment on the lawsuit, but says that Cronin is currently suspended.
