A special memorial ceremony was held in Putnam County Wednesday for fallen NYPD Officer Brian Moore.
Dozens of current and retired officers, elected officials and community members gathered in Carmel to pay their respects to the 25-year-old who was gunned down over the weekend.
The old county courthouse will be lit up in blue lights tonight in honor of Moore.
