Some Yonkers tenants say their landlord will not turn on their heat, despite chilly temperatures.
Tenants say it's not the first time the landlord at 921 McLean Ave. has refused to turn on the heat.
After tenant Michael Berman filed a complaint to the City of Yonkers earlier this year, the building was cited for a violation.
Berman says he hired a lawyer and called the city's Buildings Department about the continuing problem. He says he has not heard from an inspector yet.
The building's landlord had no comment for News 12.
