Voters in several Hudson Valley communities headed to the polls Wednesday for Village Vote 2015.
Republican Jennifer Lapey won the race for Pelham Manor mayor with 61 percent of the vote over Democrat Neil Schwarzfeld.
In Rockland County, David Merandy won the race for Cold Spring mayor over Bernard Molloy.
In Orange County, Pomona, incumbent Mayor Brett Yagel is taking a second term with 58 percent of the vote, beating challenger Ian Banks.
In Harriman, Mayor Stephen Welle was re-elected, beating out challenger Lawrence Mosca.
L. Stephen Brescia won the race for mayor in the village of Montgomery.
