One person dead, another remains missing after boat capsizes off Point Lookout:  Officials say four people went into the water as waves hit the boat and overturned it.

Grave plot mix-up disturbs Suffern family: A Suffern family says they showed up to a loved one's grave to find the plot disturbed. They say the cemetery dug up the hole to make room for somebody else.

Officials: 2 teenagers struck by beach patrol vehicle in Ship Bottom:  The incident happened on the 26th Street beach just after 1 p.m. Reports claim the girls had been speaking with the driver moments before the accident.

Police: 51-year-old man found dead with gunshot wounds in Allerton:  News 12 is told the victim was found unconscious with wounds on his head and torso on Holland Avenue just before 3:30 p.m. Police say two men approached the victim and fired several rounds at him before taking off in an SUV.

28 people rescued from breakwater rocks in Bridgeport:  Officials say they got a call around 9:30 p.m. about a group of fisherman stranded as high tide came in. Authorities say it turned out to be a group of people from out of state who were not observing social distancing rules about limiting gatherings to a small number of people.
