An electrical short may have caused a manhole explosion in New Rochelle this morning.
Police say the explosion happened on North Avenue right in front of their station this morning. No injuries have been reported.
Con Edison crews were on the scene and said none of the areas home or businesses were affected.
North Avenue was closed for a short period of time.
