Just over halfway through the Skyline Conference women's soccer schedule, Manhattanville College is looking like the team to beat.
The numbers thus far for the Lady Valiants: undefeated in six conference games, 36 goals scored and zero allowed.

The ladies say their good start begins with the leadership from eight seniors.
“There's something about us this year, that’s…I don't even know how to talk about it," said Natalie Aracena. Aracena is a senior midfielder. “There's a chemistry that no one could even work on. It's just natural.”
Alexa Pyatsky, the Lady Valiants' junior goalkeeper, concurred with Aracena.
“We're on the same page,” she added. “We all are here for one goal, one objective and we lead each other towards that goal.”
This Saturday, Manhattanville College takes on Farmingdale State -- which is also undefeated in conference play.
