One person is recovering after a fire at a home in southern Westchester.

Crews responded to call for a house fire on Hyatt Avenue in Yonkers Sunday.

News 12 has been told one man suffered burns to the top of his head.

He was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK.

Officials say the fire started in a bedroom.

There’s no word yet on the cause.
