Police have identified the man killed in a car accident on Wednesday.
According to officials, Luis Tobon, 48, died after a Jeep slammed into his Honda on Broadway near Fullerton Avenue.
Authorities say Tobon drove his Honda across a double yellow line to park his car when the Jeep struck him.
No one has been cited for the collision.
