The Cortlandt businessman who bludgeoned his girlfriend to death with a baseball bat last year was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison Tuesday.
Robert Sepe Sr. was convicted of second-degree murder by a Westchester County jury two months ago and Tuesday the family of the victim, Janette Carlucci, says they finally got justice.
Sepe has claimed he suffered from extreme emotional disturbance when he killed Carlucci last year in their Cortlandt home.
