A man convicted of killing a 12-year-old boy from Montgomery in 1996 has been denied parole for the third time.
Danny Meyer was walking to his little league game when he was murdered by Juan Peinado.
Peinado was 22 at the time and was posing as a minor to attend Valley Central Middle School.
He became eligible for parole again, prompting Meyer's family to start a petition against his release.
