According to the County Sheriff's Office, deputies stopped the man's vehicle on Wall Street in Kingston for traffic violations. After the investigation, deputies determined the driver was intoxicated.
The man's vehicle was towed from the scene. He was processed and released, pending a future appearance in Kingston City Court.
