A Kingston man has been arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office in connection to a hate crime at a Kingston synagogue.
Caleb Rochester, 55, is allegedly responsible for adhering an antisemitic banner on the Temple Emanuel Synagogue in Kingston on March 25.
He's been charged with aggravated harassment and criminal mischief as a hate crime, and was released on an appearance ticket.
