A man who police say struck a Peekskill woman in a hit-and-run incident Tuesday is under arrest.
Police say 60-year-old John Leibman was charged with leaving the scene of a personal-injury accident and for having a suspended license.
The incident happened Tuesday morning at about 7 a.m. on Main Street. According to police, the 59-year-old woman hit by Leibman was treated at Hudson Valley Hospital Center for serious injuries to her arms.
