An Orange County man has admitted to stabbing his wife to death.

Leonard Salters, 52, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in Orange County court on Monday.

Police say Salters fatally stabbed his wife Junco, 62, after an argument in their Highland Falls apartment in June 2014. Leonard Salters was later found injured in New Jersey after allegedly crashing his car.

He is expected to get 18 years to life in prison when he's sentenced in November.
