Man accused of pointing gun at driver in Wawayanda road rage incident

A Highland Hills man has been charged with menacing for a road rage incident Thursday in Wawayanda, according to police.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Marckensy Louissaint pointed a gun at another driver along State Route 17M.
Investigators later located his place of employment in Middletown and made the arrest.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance to return to court at a later date.
