A man accused of committing a shooting in Poughkeepsie is facing several charges including attempted murder and assault.

The District Attorney’s Office says 31-year-old Anthony Gullen fired a gun 12 times on Main Street in July.

A bystander was struck in the leg and injured, according to investigators.

Gullen was arraigned on Friday and is due back in court on Wednesday.
