A parking attendant is accused of using a video camera to record images from underneath the skirts of Catholic school girls.
The incident happened last Thursday at the Metro-North train station in Golden's Bridge. Police say 27-year-old Franklin Figueroa, of Jefferson Valley, used a concealed video camera and recorded images from underneath the John F. Kennedy Catholic High School students' skirts.
One of the girls noticed what the suspect was doing, she photographed him and his camera and contacted MTA police.
Figueroa was arrested and charged. He's contracted by Laz Parking and Collections to conduct parking enforcement at the state.
After Figueroa's arrest, police seized his recording devices that revealed another alleged offense involving a student at Golden's Bridge train station. He is due back in court May 10 and could face up to four years in prison, if convicted.
