The man accused of running over a woman near the Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus is expected in court on Thursday.

Estuardo Rodriguez is charged in the death.

Officials say Krisiann Reyes Rivera died last week on Route 17.

They say she got out of her car on the highway after a collision and walked over to Rodriguez’s car and smacked the windows.

Prosecutors say Rodriguez then ran Reyes Rivera over and drove away. He is facing charges in that incident, as well as charges for allegedly having ecstasy, Percocet, and THC cartridges in his vehicle.
