A father accused of choking his 15-year-old son in Yorktown is set to appear in court today.
Rafael Pimental, of White Plains, was arrested earlier this month.
Police said an argument with his son turned physical when Pimental allegedly put his hands around the teen’s neck and squeezed.
He is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing.
