Some Mamaroneck residents are upset by what they say is excessive noise at a nearby restaurant.
They say despite new permit regulations, Molly Spillane's is still disturbing the peace.
After petitions and a public hearing, councilmen issued a new permit regulation restricting outdoor patio use and music at certain hours.
Residents say the problem has improved, but it's not enough.
They say even though it's a busy downtown area, the restaurant should respect the residents who live there.
News 12 contacted Molly Spillane's Restaurant but they declined to comment.
